Why is our artwork so cheap?

We have had many emails in the last 12 months or so asking why is our artwork so cheap... We'de like to use the word affordable however. Fabrizio's passion for creating his beautiful artwork is so intense that he believes that everyone should be able to afford a piece of his imagination. Fabrizio has always believed that such artwork should be made affordable by all artist.

"There is no justification in putting extortionate price tags on quality artwork. Only the artists know themselves what they're making from their art, but for me its the passion and the buzz of creating and appreciating the work that counts".

PURCHASING, DELIVERY & COMMUNICATION

How do I purchase a painting from Fabrizio Van Marciano?

Buying from us is simple. We accept online payments with PayPal using your debit or credit card. If you wish to pay by cheque simply email us for our postal address with your choice of art that you wish to purchase. When purchasing online simply add your selection(s) to the cart. You can view your shopping basket at anytime by clicking on the 'Shopping Basket' link at the top of the page. We do our best to communicate with you the best we can, therefore please never hesitate to contact us with your queries.

How can I contact Van Marciano Art and will I be informed of a delivery situation if at all?

Communication is our upmost importancy. When you purchase or commission a painting from us we like to think that you have become part of the family. COMMISSIONS

Can I order a commissioned painting based on a personal photograph / image?

Fabrizio is able to commission paintings from both original ideas or personal photographs and images. The artist specifies in landscape so please do not request for pet and people portraits. Fabrizio will also NOT create a painting based on another artists work.

How long am I expected to wait for my art to arrive?

3 to 4 days for shop items during slow periods and up to 1 week for busy periods. We now have a waiting period of 14 days for commissioned and custom artwork orders.

I have waited over 10 days and my art still hasn't arrived?

In the rare case that your artwork is taking longer than anticipated to arrive we will do the best we can to look into this for you. All our artwork is despatched using 'Track & Trace' for your peace of mind and convenience. If after 10 days there is still no artwork then we will consider the item lost and issue you with a full refund no questions asked.
